OUR PROCESS

Step 1: The first step begins with assessing your needs. During the site visit, we will measure your lawn and collect samples. We will then provide a recommendation and best practices based our report and send you a quote.

Step 2:  Now that we are working on your lawn, we will begin by removing the surface layer of vegetation. Next, we remove undesirable soil down to the depth we’ve agreed (typically 2-4inches)

Step 3: We add our special grade soil that has been treated and carefully mixed with boi-matter. The soil is matched based on our report of your lawn as well as your lawn selection. Next, we add 2-6 inches of fresh soil ensuring we fill any ruts, holes, or gaps in your soil.

Step 4: We perform a hand-till to allow the fresh laid sod to easily root itself into your new lawn.

Step 5: We install the sod and/or apply any seed to your lawn and fit the sod perfectly to the dimensions of your lawn so that it looks professional and picture perfect.

Step 6:  We will then use a sod roller to eliminate any air bubbles and lock the sod to the ground.
